I’ve seen the phrase scratch a liberal and a fascist bleeds, but I’ve never seen it admitted to quite like this.
It really cannot be understated how the democrats acted hand-in-glove with building and normalizing all of this. The precedence for not throwing Trump in jail for trying to overthrow the government was forged in the fire that decided to keep Nixon free. Personally I’m glad this inevitable bullshit blew up while Obama was still alive to see it. Can’t ask Gerald Ford for comments these days.
