One of my favorite films, one I can’t recommend enough to absolute anyone and everyone.

Oh we watched that film here. I swear, at some points, this protagonist sounded like an NPC rattling off empire talking points, and when he’s faced with something pressing as question, he simply doesn’t know how to respond. Lol, good movie.

Definitely watch his cowboy parody film - Straight To Hell, chock ful of famous musicians, iirc because he was going to record their aid concert in Nicaragua but at the last second it became too dangerous to go ahead, so he made a film with them all somewhere in Spain instead whilst he had them all in one place.
Three Businessman is quite underrated as far as low budget hangout films go.
Fun fact is that Walker was inspired by some chud producer suggesting he make a Repo-Man style film about a punk travelling to Nicaragua to fight for the Contra’s. This is the film he made instead lol

Rene is the best supporting character in the movie, he has a running gag that gets progressively funny as it goes on.
Damn Id have to give it a watch, I had gotten 30 minutes into it some time ago and got bored and forgot about it
Highly recommend it, USians apparently didn’t know what to make of the satire when it came out.
Ebert’s 0 star review is hilariou: “Although the ads for ‘Walker’ don’t even hint it, this movie is apparently intended as a comedy or a satire.”
I’ll give it a watch!
