See, it’s not enough for liberals that Congress critters are regularly having steak dinners that cost more than you or I would spend on ourselves for an entire week of food. No, if the Democrats and Republicans aren’t having steak dinners together, then that’s the downfall of democracy.
I have serious doubts that the midterms won’t be cancelled/blatantly stolen/ignored. They seem very determined to drop the mask both internationally and domestically.
Why would they need to steal the midterms when the democrats will still vote overwhelmingly in favour of foreign aggression? They’ll just tut-tut and finger wag while they give unconditional support.

Reddit is awesome. I got banned from r/climate for explaining how Biden’s big bills (IRA and infrastructure) actually lock-in fossil fuels as permanent primary energy source and are also a big giveaway for the industry. That became obvious once Trump won in 2024 and Exxon began lobbying them to not reverse any of the major parts of the bills.
And I got banned from r/politics for criticizing the God Emperor (Joe Biden) for working with MBS (war in Yemen and Trump’s Abraham Accords) while Biden was visiting Saudi Arabia early in his term. I’m currently temp banned for being mean to Elon Musk. Sorry, Elon ;/
