Yeah I know for a fact that “i accidentally took another and it worked for me really well” would have worked fine with my old psych nurse but I’m a bit scared of how it would work wiith my new one. But I dont think I want to have to wait months to build report for a medication change I feel I need. And maybe its because of autism but I feel like explaining it honestly what happened would be the best way to get across my point.
