A couple dozen, for context. Real coalition of the willing here.

Agreed! It’s a price hike over something like just using an OXO Rapid Brewer or old french press, but it’s absolutely worth it for daily coffee preparation. It’s also just a pleasant morning ritual!

They tried. There’s only so much correctly analyzing can do, there’s always room for failure, and the SPD allying with the state and murdering the communists damaged the KPD greatly.

SPD sided with the state against the communists in Germany, while in Russia most supported overthrowing the provisional government and codifying the soviets. Germany didn’t have the same soviet system or comparable one in place, and lost the power struggle in the Sparticist Uprising.
That’s oversimplifying it though, but the moral is to distrust socdems every time.

Yea, it’s unfortunate. None of the other taglines dream of an alternate world.

Maybe something from another tagline? Hmmm

@CocteauChameleons@hexbear.net the reason people don’t normally roast their own coffee is because using a tiny stovetop roaster is very uneven, and what you want for good coffee is uniformity and control. You can roast coffee that way, but it won’t likely taste nearly as good as whatever a coffee roaster near you might be serving, not without serious time and money investment beyond even being a hobby.
Coffee grinders are worth it because the nicer ones add uniformity and control, don’t need to cost thousands, and freshly ground beans are better. A simple hand grinder will do, and is a nice upgrade to any coffee setup.

Yea it killed the popularity wave

Grinding makes sense for a lot of coffee drinkers, but roasting is an incredibly niche subject, to the point that people dropping thousands on espresso setups still don’t touch it. It’s very difficult to get right and takes a lot of money and time.

Deeply unserious conspiracies.

Yea, I wouldn’t say it unless it was for a bit like this one, haha. It’s a shame images don’t work over dms!

The funny thing is that I don’t think I’ve ever actually sent a PPB, lmao.
Great work, it’s really funny! @RedWizard@hexbear.net this is what Edie was cooking up!

Seriously though, I’ve read the ones on Red Sails and don’t really have any desire to read further at the moment.
