Yep. Same tactic applied as last time. Have the security forces be passive for a few days, let the violence of the rioters turn the majority of the population against them, let the Mossad assets expose themselves, map out their terror cells and then arrest them all, destroying months if not years of infiltration efforts.
Hopefully, the Communist dissidents will have the good sense to recognise it and keep their heads down for once.
