I’ve had success with liberals by reminding them that they still supported the Palestine resistance with Hamas in charge of Palestine and being the primary resistance. They seem to have forgotten they did that already. I’ve watched them turn immediately when reminded that Venezuelan socialists aren’t anywhere near as controversial as Hamas and they still managed that support.

There are liberals that support Palestinian resistance and whether they will openly admit to it or not they know deep down that the Palestinian resistance is primarily Hamas and that there is no choice in that. They have made their peace with that situation mentally and they can do so for some significantly less controversial socialists if they’re made to consider it.
