Welcome to the Lost City of America, a fan- made documentary film that details the Raccoon City Destruction Incident in it’s CANONICAL form. This film is meant to explain the details behind the city’s destruction, while also tying in the early Resident Evil lore behind Umbrella’s rise. This film utilizes a combination of in-game and stock footage, along with custom-made graphics and voice- acting/ narration, to give you a concise look at the events behind the early series.
