Swear to god, Americans are not literate and that is especially true of ICE thugs. I had some inclination before but after seeing the stats, oh boy.

i refuse to believe this it can not be this low, how can the education system fail this bad, or is the average American even worse off than I first thought, that education becomes an afterthought?
