Meanwhile here in ohio that only matters if you were booked going over 100 no matter the speed limit. Source: I was booked going 90 (the ticket said 88 or 89, I don’t remember) in a 60, and it was on one of those divided rural highways.
All I had to do was go pay the ticket.
