Pure projection from the West, because the Ukrainian MoD recently dissolved the foreign legion and incorporated them into their main forces. A large portion of them consist entirely of Colombians, who are being ordered to storm locations such as Kupyansk.
Note that this was a Dutch article where the mercenary also described that the Azov office was full of Nazi symbols, so I don’t think said article was intended as propaganda. I think it was posted in the previous Hexbear news mega.
