So my kid 4yo has recently gotten into making salads. And they’re getting pretty good at it. We’re working on them getting stuff out of the fridge by themselves. Tonight they got out cherry tomatoes and regular ass cherries. Tossed in some feta. I handled the olive oil and lemon juice for them. They insisted on no other seasoning. Wasn’t bad, not great. Kinda weird.
I feel like the “cherry
tomatosalad” meta is finely diced cherries, sliced almonds, and chopped kale, with maybe a creamy poppy seed dressing or something.
