    Americans, especially chuds, bray like donkeys about how they need the right to bear arms against a tyrannical government. The government is a ring of pedofiles, the only time those guns are used are on school children and somehow you’re expected to just do nothing when ill trained masked men approach you aggressively while you can’t do the bare minimum like getting away when you’ve done nothing wrong. Several of the masked men who should be behind bars but were pardoned by trump after that weak ass coup

    They’re getting really lazy with their excuses now. If an ICE official murders an unarmed bystander on camera and you excuse it by saying that you don’t like the way that the bystander blinked her eyes, then you may as well say nothing at all. Why put in the effort?

    so in other words she’s a mother and a partner and now a kid is without parents and someone lost their partner.

    guess this is all fine then. i didnt have those pieces of information that make this all justified.

        Sadly those aren’t meant for normal public consumption. Of course the true repug rubes will gift it to each other in some cases, but they don’t actually read anyway.

        Usually it’s just a scheme to funnel extra cash to propagandists like Waters, where their rich masters will reward them for dividing the masses by purchasing a few pallets of their slop, possibly to be later offloaded in overstock clearance.

        There are and have been thousands of American Goebbels currently for decades and decades. They just live in the Anglo Reich that achieved its settler colonial genocidal aims and became normative. They speak softly, wear normal business attire, are treated as normal, even esteemed, having relevant degrees and nice careers. When they write articles that passive voice a murder like we just saw in Minneapolis, well that’s just the way things are done, they need to keep working with local “LEO” to have the stories they need, plus the sheriff is their cousin. They’re not all bad, just a few bad apples, and it’s hard being a cop, you see.

        The only difference between normative liberal violence propaganda and this is that the more fascistic violence doesn’t try to hide behind that normativity. It is iconoclastic to it, even though it is still in service of capital. This is why liberals recognize it as “something else” even though getting shot by cops has been an ever-present danger in many communities, and so has that same violence by organized crime, itself stoked by capital and the liberal state. The latter is “normal” to them, but cops not pretending to follow the rules is not, nor is the president not feigning regret or sympathy. Liberals expect to be comforted by their “institutions” saying the right words and going through the right processes even if the material result is identical.

    Of course none of this was known to the murderer at the time of the murder and is no way a reason for someone to be killed. It’s just post hoc handwaving to let the base know they don’t need to care that she was murdered.
