I absolutely love how afraid they are of a single poster who isn’t even trolling. Cowbee is just explaining stuff in a Marxist framework and is a prolific poster. But they talk about Cowbee like he’s a malign spirit or a virus. They talk about him like he’s Howard from the for-profit online university.

This is one million percent what the ice pigs were doing. They were barking contradictory orders at her, one guy reaching into her car, one guy yelling at her to leave, and then this guy with his hand inching towards his weapon and standing around in a precarious spot to instigate a self defense claim. I hate these people so much and hell is too good for them.

Glocks are great don’t get me wrong, but the whole ergonomics of them just don’t work for me. They’re well made, reliable, affordable guns, plus their ubiquity means finding parts is easy, plus any gunsmith will know their way around one.

But for me personally the triggers are squishy and sticky. They just feel odd. Maybe the sixth gens are better? I’ve only fired 3rd and 4th Gen glocks. I’ve liked the triggers on CZs, Walther, Berettas, and the Sig P210. Also I’ve fired around 5 different 1911s and they all felt great. This isn’t me giving gun recommendations just saying that I tend to go with stuff other than glocks because of my preferences

PSL’s consistency is something I really admire about them. I’m not a full member and probably wouldn’t make it since I’m too lazy and theoretically weird, but I’m seriously impressed with how they remain very steadfast. They don’t mince words. They say China is socialist, America is a racist empire, Israel is committing genocide. It’s refreshing. They don’t stray from that.

I’ve attributed their success to three things. They aggressively weed out any potential cops or feds. I’ve never seen any organization take it this seriously. If they even catch a whiff of cop on you, then you’re out.

The second part of it is probably money. Party dues are very high compared to other orgs, so they have a bunch of money to work with.

Third is how willing they are to work with other groups. I know PSL and Marxist orgs in general have a reputation for being rigid and controlling, but that hasn’t been my impression at all. Branches are frequently in coalition with other local groups, like my local PSL coordinates with Mexico’s MORENA and several indigenous/latino groups.

I think I know what you mean. It was all motivational posters or impact font macros for a while. Then there were those endless Epic Fail Guy or rage guy comics. Then I don’t even know, it was wild for a while after around 2012.
