We just need each city to give the police department an additional $1 million no strings attached for additional training and a pinky promise that they won’t use the money for a surplus MRAP.

No, the neighbora offered to pay to get it fixed up. He wanted the city to pay for his sewage hookup while he was pumping his shit into a concrete mixer he buried in the yard.
