Like, if you point at something it’s pretty obvious you’re meant to follow the finger and look at whats being pointed at, any human across all time from any culture would probably get that. But flipping someone off is only a thing in certain cultures and there are other cultures around today that have a different symbol with the same meaning. Is a shrug universal?
