Like I know I shouldn’t, the process of US tax filing is silly and unnecessary, etc.
but I feel so responsible!!! I do them as early as I can, like as each document I need becomes available. Shit rules

It’s especially “based” that for most of us the government has all this information already, yet requires us to resubmit it using paid software because they lobby Congress to prevent automatic filing 😎
I’m on the freetaxusa train which does free federal and I think my state with be free as well (if not it’s like $15)
