How many apps are there for Swish? The indian equivalent (UPI) is a Unified Interface and the apps are then made by private companies. There’s apps by Google, Amazon, some Indian private companies. They all add some weird features in it.
Swish only has one app, it’s organized by all major Swedish banks together to run smoothly
and I have to issue a correction to my previous posts: ICA self-checkouts absolutely support Swish payments. I was at ICA just now and I guess I never looked hard enough but there’s totally a button to bring up the Swish interface. it’s even more ubiquitous than I believed
